CoRSU Rehabilitation Hospital is Uganda’s leading super-specialized surgical and rehabil-
itation facility, transforming the lives of people with disabilities since 2006. Founded as a
private not-for-profit NGO and located in Kisubi, Wakiso District, CoRSU exists to ensure
that people with disabilities in Uganda can access high-quality, comprehensive care that
restores their dignity and function.
Rooted in our mission to be a Centre of Excellence in Uganda providing Orthopaedic,
plastic reconstructive surgery, and comprehensive rehabilitation services for persons with
disabilities—with a strong priority for children—we envision a Uganda where all persons
with disabilities enjoy improved quality of life and full social integration.
Our Comprehensive Disability Services
• Advanced Orthopaedic Services: Limb reconstruction for bone deformities,
knee and hip surgeries, spine surgeries, trauma surgeries and management, A Comprehensive Disability and Surgical Care Centre
bone infection treatmemt , and tumor treatment, etc.
• Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Services: Post Burns contracture release,
Cleft Lip & Palate, hypospadias repairs, complex wound care management.

• Women’s Health: esico- vaginal fistula (VVF) repair and pelvic reconstruc-
tive services.
• 3D Printing & Orthopaedic Workshop: In-house production of custom Plastic Services -
Ritah before and after Cleft surgery

• Specialized Clinics: Saturday private clinics, cerebral palsy clinics, spine
clinics, clubfoot clinics, and hand surgery clinics.
